Stamps similar to these were printed in a hardcover book produced by Canada Post 15, 1999 that sold for $59.99. Stamps from souvenir sheets show a distinct upward turn of the tails of the nines in the small 1999 date at upper left. The tails of the nines on stamps from the book are flat.
