2014年版斯科特邮票目录出版发行，目前已经出版了1-3卷：
第一卷A-B，有以下变化：
Some 16,000 value changes are recorded in Vol. 1 of the 2014 Scott Standard
Postage Stamp Catalogue, which contains the United States, United Nations and
countries of the world, A-B. U.S. market activity remains relatively flat, with
a few spectacular increases. One of those impressive increases is the 3? 1869
Locomotive stamp printed on both sides, the reverse impression inverted, Scott
114e, which jumps from $55,000 used in 2013 to $100,000. There are also
substantial gains in Austria for never-hinged sets from the classic period.
Overall, there were more than 3,500 value changes in Austria. Other Volume 1
countries with significant value changes include Antigua, Argentina, Australian
States and Barbados.
价格有比较大的变化的是奥地利早期部分MNH，安提瓜，阿根廷，澳大利亚州票和巴巴多斯票。
第二卷C-F，包括中国。主要变化如下：
More than 13,500 value changes are recorded in Volume 2. Classic stamps in very
fine or better grades are the hot spots in Canada. Other countries with
significant value changes include Egypt and the People's Republic of China. In
Egypt, more than 3,600 value changes are recorded, with approximately 75 percent
being increases. The market for the People's Republic of China continues to be
very active, with more than 2,900 value changes recorded. Improved and enhanced
market data for selected African nations has resulted in a number of value
changes for many of those listings.
加拿大古典票成为热点，中国票，埃及票价格有很多变化。尤其是埃及票，有3600种价格进行了调整，其中有75%都是上涨。中国票市场非常活跃，有2900种票的价格进行了调整。C-F中的一些非洲国家的票价也有很多变化。

of the world G through I. Extensive value changes are recorded in Hungary, Great
Britain and Italy.
In Hungary there are more than 3,000 value changes, with
dramatic increases among selected classic issues.
主要是意大利，匈牙利，英国的票价格调整的比较多。匈牙利早期古典票涨幅挺多。
国内能见到的匈牙利票基本都是60年代以后的低档票，估计再过几十年也不会涨,早期匈牙利高档票在国内难得一见。
从斯科特目录价的调整也可以看出国际上对世界各国邮票的热点，关注点在哪里了。
